How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to reply within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Reports of incorrect scores or rankings are prioritised because they affect everyone visiting the site.
How do I report a wrong score, rank or player stat?
Use the form on this page with subject "Data correction" and include the URL of the page, what you saw, and what it should be. Live scores come from licensed data feeds, so corrections often need to be raised upstream — we’ll do that on your behalf.
Is CrickCore free to use?
Yes. CrickCore is free to use with no account required. We do not run intrusive ads or paywalls. If you want to embed our data on your own product, contact us about API access.
Do you offer a cricket API?
API access is available for selected partners. Use the form with subject "API Questions" and tell us what data you need, expected request volume, and your use case. We’ll reply with pricing and credentials.
Can I write for CrickCore or contribute guides?
We occasionally accept long-form contributions for our guides section. Pitch us with subject "Partnership" and a short outline plus a link to one previous piece you’ve written.
